Always excellent service. Came in with a dead battery, they had it swapped under warranty as fast as I could ogle the new NSX on the floor and finish my complimentary latte. Highly recommend Bob Howard.

I took my vehicle in because the battery was not functioning properly. I had to jump start my vehicle to get going. I went to auto zone twice to have a battery checked because the service department was closed due to the 4th of July holiday. Both times they read the battery as being good. But the problem continued. I then took my vehicle to Bob Howard first thing on the 5th of July. They checked the battery and turns out it was bad. They changed it out and got me on my way quickly. The technician was very professional and I am very pleased with the level of service I received. I love the performance of my Acura TLX and will not let anyone else work on it. They do a great job!
