Great customer starts with easy scheduling and appointment making which Joni helped accomplish for me. My service manager greeted with a warm smile and escorted me to the waiting area with an estimated time for maintenance. The waiting area was clean and has ample seating. The service was completed timely with a car wash. My service cost was fair and reasonable for my car concerns. I had a 10/10 experience.
Everything went as expected. Good service. Pleasant waiting area. Had oil dhanger and tire rotation.

Despite the long wait, Trevor made what could have been an incredibly frustrating experience so much easier. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received, especially from Trevor, who was my main point of contact throughout the entire process.
My vehicle had a catastrophic AC failure, and unfortunately, the part needed to repair it was on back order for months. Despite the long wait, Trevor made what could have been an incredibly frustrating experience so much easier. He provided exceptional service, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I always knew exactly what was going on.
They also provided me with a vehicle while mine was waiting for repairs, which was a huge help considering how long the part took to arrive.
The circumstances were obviously less than ideal, but the way Trevor handled everything was outstanding. His communication, professionalism, and genuine effort to take care of me made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend them, and Trevor in particular deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
