Quick response time making an appointment dropped off car ease of check in. Seth was excellent with helping to develop a plan to diagnose problem. He checked other factors related to my auto such as oil, fluids, ect.
They try hard. Mostly deliver this was a structural issue in that our 50k Acura was not equipped with a spare tire and we were not told about this when purchased. Could not tell if we got a good deal on installation
We were driving through Oklahoma when the transmission is too hot alert came on in our MDX. Rather than risk it, we turned around and headed to the dealership. Thankfully, they were open, and Christian was incredibly helpful! We were back on the road in a few hours.
Service advisor Kristen was exemplar in every respect from his cordial professional greeting to his knowledge base of the issues and making certain my wait was comfortable. The expert service was completed timely and thoroughly and a freshly washed car was delivered.
We paid in advance for a part to fix my electric brake . This happened right after Memorial Day . We have ask about the part several times only to be told that they would get back to us. Invoice number given. Service Manager contacted and still nothing!!!

DO NOT BUY OR USE FOR SERVICE!!! Bought a 2024 Acura RDX from them on Dec. 16, 2025 for our daughter. When we was on our way to pick it up, we found out that it had an accident on the car fax. Was told by the sales MANAGER and the salesman that it was just a branch that fell on it and that their Body Shop was who fixed it and that everything would still be covered by warranty! I had a great experience with Seth during my service appointment. He provided thorough explanations and ensured everything was clear, all while being very prompt. Our 2019 MDX finally needed a new battery. We were still a ways our from our next scheduled service, but Seth got us in, had everything checked over anyway, and got the new battery installed. He even found some additional discounts. The service tech, Josh, sent a quick video of his inspection and installation. Great service as always from Bob Howard Acura, Seth and Josh. Service was accurate and there were no unnecessary up-sales. Thanks again.

Kristian was super kind and energetic. He made sure to confirm what my appointment was for and if anything else needed to be addressed. Great communicator. My service included brakes, transmission service and an auto start/stop issue. Leaving from my service my car did make a noise, I quickly returned and Kristian immediately had it addressed. A clip had come out of place and he had my car back to me very quickly. Long drive home and it was peaceful.
Sales staff were friendly and helpful. Sales manager worked with us to get us a good deal. Finance group was helpful as well. Overall a good experience.

I appreciate the coupons I get for oil changes. However, with some problems I’ve had I sometimes feel like not much effort goes into trying to repair the problem, but is much easier to sell you a new part and change it. Repair techs are “parts changers”, not “repair techs”.

We were serviced as soon as we arrived for the scheduled oil change. After the service we were given a the results of the inspection and pointed out which things may need to be addressed sooner and some that could wait. There was no pressure for additional service, just when it was convenient for us.

Went in to have a car basically evaluated after buying it from a non-Acura dealership. There were some issues and it will be expensive, but the people who are working at this location are really good people. Johnna and Seth know what they’re doing. Cooper, our salesman, took all the necessary time to explain all the new features on the 2026 MDX. We moved from our 2019 MDX (which we loved for 6 years) to a 2026. Lots of things were similar but still a lot of new features. Answered all our questions with feature demos. Really nice for us seniors in out 70 s.

This place is the worst run business in the state of Oklahoma. You can not get ahold of them after they’ve made the sale. Very dodgy and if you have any issues with the vehicle they will not call you back. Purchased a car from Larry on Sept 13th and it’s been 2 months and I have not received a check for my trade in OR registration papers to register my vehicle. All attempts to reach someone goes unanswered and they don’t bother to give you a response or time of day. Tried to call multiple times and ... Read More

I had no problems with the personnel at dealership or the experience at the dealership. They were professional as they could be. However, I’m losing faith in the brand’s promise of warranty. Very unsatisfied with the guesswork and assumptions involved in denying my warranty claim.
Came in last Friday (sept. 19th 2025) and was met by car salesman by the name of Ricky. He showed me a real nice Buick Regal and let me take a test drive after that i was sold on it, along with his kindness and very professional and knowledgeable of the inside and out of the vehicle. I bought a car from here and they promised it would be detailed. After giving them two chances the job was still horrendous. The car does not even feel new and it is far from clean. Honestly I could have done a better job myself. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Absolutely terrible service. I wish I could really put how I feel about the service I received.
